We ship, sell and accept returns inside the United States only. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Prices are final — no US sales tax is added at checkout, so refunds are issued at exactly the amount you paid.

The timeline

Submit the request
Within 30 days of delivery. Takes about a minute.

We send your RA number
1–2 business days, with the US return address.

Ship it back
Within 7 days of getting your RA. Tracked US carrier, postage paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Inspection
1–3 business days after the parcel is scanned in at our facility.

Refund or replacement
Refunds land in 5–10 business days. Exchanges enter production the day we receive the return.
Exchange replacements are made to order: add 2–5 business days of production plus 3–5 in transit — about 5–10 business days to your door anywhere in the US. Standard US shipping is free both ways on faulty items and on your first exchange per order.
