Sales tax is calculated by Shopify Tax against your full shipping address at checkout. We ship to all 50 states and Washington DC; international orders are not available yet.
Returns & exchanges
- 30-day window. Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached, from the delivery date.
- Return shipping. Paid by the customer on change-of-mind returns; we cover it in full on faulty or incorrect items.
- Refunds. Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
- Exchanges. Same 30-day window, subject to remaining drop stock.

Where does ZIRRO CONCRETE ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC and US territories served by our carriers. International shipping is not available yet.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is a $15.00 flat rate on every order, no matter how many pieces are in the cart. There are no handling or surcharge fees.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 business days in transit — roughly 5–10 business days door to door.
Is sales tax added at checkout?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated by Shopify Tax against your full shipping address at checkout, so the amount you see before paying is the final total.
How long do I have to return something?
Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer on change-of-mind returns. If a piece arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the return label in full.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return being received and inspected.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Start a return request and tell us the size you want. Because drops are limited, exchanges depend on availability — if your size has sold out we refund instead.
