The Concrete Club Varsity Jacket is a full-weight team jacket rebuilt to ZIRRO CONCRETE proportions — wider through the chest, shorter in the body, longer in the sleeve.
BodyHeavy melton wool-blend body, milled and pressed until the surface is dense and slightly felted. It holds a hard shoulder line and blocks wind without a liner doing the work.
SleevesContrast leather-look sleeves with a matte, lightly creased finish, set on a raglan-adjacent seam so the shoulder sits square. Perforated underarm panels for airflow.
TrimsRibbed knit collar, cuffs and hem in a two-tone stripe, knitted on a separate machine and set with a taped join so the rib doesn't stretch out over time.
ClosureFive antique snap buttons on reinforced backing discs, spaced off a centred placket. Two welt hand pockets, bartacked at both corners.
GraphicsChenille and felt appliqué chest lettering with chain-stitch outline, applied by hand and locked from the reverse. Back print is a cracked, distressed collegiate treatment — the crackle is built into the print film, not a wash effect, so it stays consistent.
LiningQuilted body lining with an internal chest pocket and taped seams.
