The Signal Cap is a low-crown six-panel in an unstructured build — soft front, curved visor, made to fold into a pocket and come back out.
FabricGarment-washed cotton twill with a soft, slightly faded surface. The wash breaks the stiffness out of the twill before it reaches you.
StructureSix unfused panels with tonal seam stitching, six stitched eyelets, and a covered top button. No buckram, so the crown collapses naturally and moulds to the head over time.
VisorPre-curved visor with a flexible core and six rows of edge stitching. It can be bent further without cracking.
BrandingFlat-satin ZC embroidery on the front panel, stitched at tight density with the underlay running perpendicular to the top stitch so the mark stays sharp against the washed twill.
InsideCotton sweatband, printed inner taping, back seam tape over the join.
ClosureWoven strapback with a metal slide and tuck-away tail, adjustable across roughly 21 to 24 inches.
CareHand wash cold, air dry on a round form.
Do not tumble dry.
