The Block Puffer Vest is built as a layering shell — cut wide and short so it sits cleanly over a heavyweight hoodie without pulling at the armhole. The silhouette is boxy and squared, with a dropped shoulder and a straight hem that finishes at the hip bone.
ShellMatte ripstop woven from a fine grid yarn, coated on the reverse for wind resistance and a dry, non-glossy hand. The ripstop grid is visible up close and stops small snags from travelling.
Fill and bafflesHorizontal block baffles are stitched through in wide bands rather than narrow channels, which keeps the loft chunky and architectural instead of sporty. Each baffle is filled with a lofted synthetic insulation, evenly distributed and stitch-locked at the seams so it cannot migrate or settle at the bottom.
ConstructionFully lined body with bound internal seams. Full-length two-way zip on a moulded tooth track with an oversized ZC pull. High funnel collar is interlined so it stands on its own. Zipped hand pockets are set into the baffle line with reinforced bartacks at both ends of the opening. Armholes and hem are bound with self-fabric tape.
FinishingWoven ZC hem label at the left seam, tonal stitching throughout, and a lightly washed finish to knock back any shine off the shell.
CareMachine wash cold on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low with dryer balls to restore loft. Do not iron the shell.
