The Flatbrim Cap is a structured six-panel with a hard, unbent visor and a tall front — cut to hold its shape straight out of the box.
FabricCharcoal wool-blend melton with a dry, brushed surface. Heavier than a standard twill cap, so the panels read solid rather than slack.
StructureSix panels joined with tonal stitching, front two panels fused with a buckram interlining for a high, upright crown. Six embroidered eyelets, one per panel, plus a covered top button.
VisorFlat visor with a rigid board core and eight rows of edge stitching, bound in self-fabric. It stays flat unless you deliberately curve it.
InsideCotton sweatband with a taped join at the back, plus a printed inner taping over the crown seams.
BrandingRaised 3D-puff ZC embroidery on the front panel, stitched at high density over a foam backer so the letterforms hold their edge. Small flat-embroidered mark on the wearer's left side.
ClosureSnapback strap with a matched plastic tang, adjustable across roughly 21 to 24 inches.
