The Vault Zip Hoodie is a heavyweight full-zip built with structure — thick fleece, a tall hood and hardware that doesn't rattle.
FabricHeavyweight cotton-blend loopback fleece, brushed on the reverse for a dense, soft interior and a smooth, flat face. Knitted at a weight that holds the shoulder line without a liner.
WashGarment-washed and enzyme-treated after construction, which softens the hand, removes surface fuzz and pre-shrinks the body so the fit stays consistent.
PatternBoxy body, dropped shoulder, wide sleeve, straight hem. Cut with enough room to layer a heavyweight tee underneath.
HoodTwo-panel hood with a centre-back seam, lined in matching fleece, with flat woven drawcords through metal eyelets.
ZipFull-length two-way zip on a moulded track with an oversized ZC pull, set on a taped, double-layer placket so the front hangs straight and never ripples.
TrimsRibbed cuffs and hem knitted separately for recovery, kangaroo split pockets with bartacked openings, triangular gusset at the neck, tonal stitching throughout and a woven ZC label at the hem.
CareMachine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not bleach.

All measurements are taken flat, in inches, on the garment itself — not body measurements. Allow up to half an inch of tolerance on cut-and-sew pieces.
